Abundant

Privacy Policy

Effective 21 July 2026 · Last updated 21 July 2026

The short version. Abundant is built to be calm and honest, and that starts with your data. You can use the app without creating an account, giving us your name, or handing over an email address. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we collect only what the app needs to serve you affirmations and keep your subscription working.

This policy explains what information the Abundant mobile application ("Abundant", "the app", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the app and this website. The service is operated by Mr. Nilesh Wanjari (Sole Proprietor), based in India.

1. Information we collect

Account and identity

When you first open Abundant, the app signs you in anonymously. This creates a random internal identifier so your preferences and saved content can persist on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or phone number. If we later offer the option to sign in with Apple or Google, we will only receive the basic identifiers those services return, and only if you choose to link an account.

Technical and diagnostic data

Like most apps, we may process limited technical information such as app version, device type, and general error or performance signals needed to keep the app stable. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

What we do not collect

2. How we use your information

3. How your information is handled by our providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to run the service. They process data only on our behalf and only to provide their function. In the body of this policy we describe them by role; the current named list follows so it can be kept up to date on its own.

Service providers / sub-processors. This is the single place we maintain named vendors, so the rest of the policy does not need to change when our stack does.

We update this list when a provider is added or removed.

4. Legal bases and international transfers

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for optional notifications), performance of our service to you (delivering the app you asked for), and our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and functioning. Some providers listed above process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers offer. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process your personal data for the lawful purpose of providing the service with your consent.

5. Data retention

We keep your preferences and saved content while you use the app. Because accounts are anonymous by default, deleting the app and its data removes your local session. If you have contacted support or created a linked account, tell us and we will delete the associated records, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your choices and rights

7. Children

Abundant is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app.
